Welcome to Calm Nails. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Calm Nails mobile application (the "App"), developed to help users quit nail-biting through mindfulness and curiosity.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use to support behavior change through mindfulness practices. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. No Medical Advice

The content in Stop Biting Nails is intended to support habit change through awareness, not to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions. Always consult a qualified health professional if you have concerns about your health or behavior.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials in the App — including text, graphics, and audio — are owned by or licensed to the app developer and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the App. The creators of Stop Biting Nails are not liable for any consequences of your use or misuse of the App, including failure to achieve a desired outcome.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Stop Biting Nails shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to the App or Terms
